If you have recently experienced or have taken Tadalafil, you may have experienced sudden erections that last for a number of hours or days after the drug has taken effect. It can last for up to 36 hours. However, if you have not experienced an erection within 1 hour of taking Tadalafil, you may still have the condition.
If you believe that you have experienced an erection that lasted for a number of hours after taking Tadalafil, you may be entitled to seek medical assistance. The U. S. Food and Drug Administration has approved Tadalafil as an ED treatment. Tadalafil is indicated for the treatment of (ED). The dosage and frequency of Tadalafil treatment for men over the age of 18 are determined by the FDA.
The most common cause of ED in men over the age of 40 is a heart condition. In many cases, this causes an increase in blood pressure. In a number of cases, the condition has occurred at a much earlier age than men over the age of 40.
Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor. It works by increasing the levels of a chemical in the body called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). cGMP is important for smooth muscle relaxation. By inhibiting this enzyme, Tadalafil increases the levels of cGMP. Inhibition of cGMP can be a cause of ED in many people. However, it is not always easy to determine when the cause of ED will be a primary cause. Tadalafil has been shown to cause ED in up to 10% of men taking the drug.
Tadalafil causes a loss of sexual function. This is often referred to as the “sexual dysfunction.” This is a common problem with many men who use Tadalafil and Tadalafil’s side effects, which can include erectile dysfunction, decreased libido, ejaculation problems and a loss of sexual desire. Many men who have had ED can still achieve that erection, and they will achieve a firm and lasting erection. This is a problem that should be addressed when using Tadalafil.
Tadalafil has been shown to have some potential adverse effects. These can include sexual dysfunction, headaches, increased sex drive, mood swings, and decreased sex drive. These adverse effects can be mild, moderate and severe. Sexual dysfunction can happen at any time. Sexual dysfunction is the inability to achieve and maintain an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse.
Tadalafil may also cause a drop in blood pressure when taken with certain medications. This can cause an increased heart rate, a decrease in blood pressure, and an increased amount of blood in the blood vessels. It is important to note that Tadalafil should not be taken with medications that contain nitrates (often used for chest pain) such as nitroglycerin tablets or patches. Nitrates used to treat chest pain can cause an unsafe drop in blood pressure. Taking nitrates with certain medications can cause a drop in blood pressure to dangerous levels. It is important to check with your doctor before taking Tadalafil with nitrates.
If you are taking Tadalafil to treat ED, you should be aware of potential side effects that may be experienced by certain men. These side effects include headache, dizziness, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion, and stomach upset. If you experience any of these side effects, you should contact your doctor immediately.
In addition, Tadalafil may interact with certain medications such as warfarin. This interaction can cause serious side effects. You should also inform your doctor if you are taking any other medications that may interact with Tadalafil.

Tadalafil is available as a brand-name product of Eli Lilly and Company, which is a generic drug of tadalafil. Generic tadalafil may be available from a number of different drug manufacturers. Generic tadalafil is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED), and it is usually the only drug available over the counter.
The dosage and/or frequency of treatment is determined by a physician. The dosage and frequency will be determined by the physician based on the information he or she has received from your healthcare provider. Before taking Cialis, tell your doctor and pharmacist if you are allergic to tadalafil, any other medications, or any of the ingredients in Cialis.
Before taking Cialis, tell your doctor and pharmacist what other prescription and nonprescription medications, vitamins, nutritional supplements, or herbal products you are taking or plan to take. Your pharmacist may be following suit and you may be experiencing serious side effects.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you are taking medications to treat high blood pressure or are taking medications to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) or chest pain (heart disease or a heart attack), or other medical conditions that increase or decrease blood pressure. Take Cialis exactly as instructed by your doctor. Do not take more or less of it or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.
If you are taking this medication along with a low-sildenafil drug, a special dosage form of tadalafil is required for you to achieve and maintain a harder, longer lasting erection. Cialis should not be taken more than once in 24 hours. Your doctor will decide the appropriate dose of tadalafil for you based on your medical condition, response to treatment, and other medications you may be taking. Follow your doctor’s instructions.
Before having any surgery, tell your doctor or dentist that you are taking tadalafil. The doctor may need to change the dose of the drug you are taking to lower your blood pressure. You must follow your doctor’s prescription for Cialis to work.
If you are taking a medicine to treat high blood pressure, take Cialis for a long time unless your doctor tells you to stop. Do not take Cialis more often than prescribed. If it is not effective for you, ask your doctor about other treatments that may be more effective.
It is not recommended that you take Cialis or other erectile dysfunction medications with grapefruit juice (or other juices). Do not take Cialis with grapefruit juice (or any other juices) alone or in combination with tadalafil. Grapefruit juice (or any other juices) can decrease the effectiveness of tadalafil. A decrease in the effectiveness of tadalafil should be discussed with your doctor. It may be best to take Cialis with a glass of water before or after eating grapefruit juice (or any other juices).
If you are taking this medication along with grapefruit juice, tell your doctor about any other medications or supplements you are taking.
To reduce the possibility that you may be taking another blood pressure medicine, you must tell your doctor about all other medicines and supplements you are taking, including vitamins, herbs, and other dietary supplements. Do not start a new medication without telling your doctor.
Your doctor will decide if Cialis or other blood pressure medicines work best for you based on your medical condition, other medications you may be taking, and other supplements you are taking. Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully.
To reduce the possibility that you may be taking another blood pressure medicine, you must tell your doctor if you are taking any of the following:
A prescription to lower your blood pressure. This includes many other blood pressure medicines.
You must take Cialis for a long time. If the drug is taken too much (a long time), your blood pressure may drop too much.
You must check your blood pressure regularly. If you are dizzy, think you may be having an fit, or if you have heart problems, tell your doctor.
Do not drive a car, operate machinery, or participate in activities requiring alertness or coordination until you know how this medicine affects you. If you are a slow-man, alert yourself more quickly.
Cialis may cause dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, fast or pounding heartbeats, trouble sleeping, or vomiting.
Cialis may cause sudden, severe, or prolonged lightheadedness. If this occurs, get medical help right away.
Call your doctor if this occurs.
If you have not told your doctor about any of the above, tell him/her before you start taking this medication.
